I'm here to share a delicious smoothie recipe. I love fruit and I have just recently discovered my love for greek yogurt so I decided to combine my two loves and make a berridelicous smoothie! See what I did there? This smoothie is not only delicious but it is also good for you, I have added organic flax seed oil which contains omega 3,6 and 9 as you may know that these are good fatty acids and blueberries which have antioxidants and yummy milk to make and keep your bones strong! Now the recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- Handful of fresh organic blueberries
- 2/3 of a cup of frozen blackberries,blueberries and strawberries
- 3/4 of a cup of greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1-2 tablespoon of flax seed oil
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend! Blend for about 1 to 2 minutes while blending dance your heart away! I used the George Forman mix&go blender as it is like a bottle and after you blend you really can go!
The final product be absolute deliciousness! This smoothie goes well as a snack or as dessert or even as breakfast, but if you are thinking of having it as breakfast make sure that you also have cereal or toast as this smoothie is not a meal replacement more of an add on to a meal.
