Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia

Hey guys!

This past week has been amazing but super busy! I volunteered at MBFW Australia and it was amazing experience, I was able to see some of my favourite bloggers Nicole Waren, Aciah Robertson and Margret Zhang and one of the editors of Elle Danielle Prescod. My weekend consisted of more fashion, as I went shopping on Friday and Saturday be sure to check out my Youtube channel Massy's World for a mini Haul video, and then on Sunday attended Mercedes Benz Fashion Weekend.

I wasn't able to see every single show but the one show that I absolutely loved was the Strateas Carlucci, the collection was amazing! I think the reason I mainly gravitated towards that particular collection was because a lot of the pieces were for winter despite it being a spring/summer collection, and here in Australia we are heading into winter.

Here is what I wore and some of my favourite pieces from Strateas Carlucci.

What I'm wearing
Top: Target
leather vest : Glue
Skirt: Sheike
Shoes: ShuBar
Earrings: Gift (Camilla)
necklace: Lovisa
Ring: Lovisa
Watch: Gift (Fossil)

The last three pieces would have to be my favourite from the whole collection. This past week has been an experience of a lifetime from waking up at crazy hours of the morning and seeing amazing collections and people. This is a week I will never forget! Thanks for reading stay tuned for more videos coming your way!

Be Brave Baby!

Hi!

I know I know, I have been MIA for a very long time, its due to school and Im now in my second last year and it is so demanding. I failed to make a schedule which really threw me off and I just ended up not filming due to not having time cause all I was doing was homework and going to work. No need to worry I am now in the process of making a schedule for next term as Im on holidays at the moment and I will be posting more in the holidays as I am partially free.

Now on to the post, I've named it be brave as the outfits I am wearing are very much different but I'm trying to be more brave and wear what I want, not what I think will be accepted. Being brave, although some may look at the outfits and just think they are plain nothing out of the ordinary, those that know me will know I tend to go for drably and plain outfits. These three outfits were inspired from MBFWA.

This has to be one of my favourite outfits that I have conjured up. The jacket would have to be my favourite piece  as I originally planned to wear it but then I decided that it looked better just hanging on my shoulders.

       OUTFIT NO 1:

      Coat: Target
      Turtle neck : Target
      Skirt: Asos
     Shoes: Shubar

This outfit is mainly just to show off my new plimsolls which I am absolutely loving. Not sure why i look so mad in the  second picture ahaha, think I was going for a smize and thought I was nailing it. My most favourite clothing item would have to the top, it's an all leather outfit with a twist as the top is laser cut. The vest is meant to be a cropped but I bought a large and I love the worn look it has, despite the fact that I have only worn it once before.

OUTFIT NO.2
Vest: Glue
Top: Valleygirl
Skirt: Bardot
Shoes: Asos
watch: valley girl
necklace: gift
earrings:gift

This outfit is very basic but the stripped jeans make a statement and compliments the top. I also decided to add the    leopard print shoes as I thought they add a bit of flavour to the outfit but also tie it together, may be looked at a bit much but I thing the print it subtle which makes it suitable for this particular outfit.

OUTFIT NO. 3
Top: Valleygirl
Jeans: Bardot
Shoes: Shubar
Watch: Fossil
necklace: gift
earrings: gift
