Hope ya'll had a great weekend and are having an even better week! I have always been drawn to black and white and when my mind conjured up this outfit as Im laying in bed, you can be assured my sweet slumber was brought to an abrupt stop. Not knowing what time it was but knowing that my bed was screaming from me to return, I got out of bed and chucked this outfit on, after a few scrunches of my face and wriggling of my body to wake me up. I finally approached the mirror liking what I saw when I looked down but not knowing whether the mirror had a different story to tell, indeed my mind and the mirror were working as one and my outfit was amazing! Kanye West was switched on My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy no longer made the cut I stepped back and hit up 808 & Heartbreaks track number four to be precise Amazing. This outfit is loud! When this outfit came into my mind my immediate action was getting out of bed and trying it on, I was literally "exhausted and holding on to what I believe in" (ahahah) But in all seriousness this song gave me so much confidence and validation for what I was doing and the elation that came after seeing the creation that it 'Colour Block Me Confident' was so worth it. You may be thinking why do you need a song to like an outfit? Well its not that I didn't like the outfit its the combination of the beat, lyrics and when you like an outfit and an amazing song comes on girl, you just about go crazy and your outfit beings to shine more than it did without the music.
I had been planning on uploading The Three Outfits but I wanted to do it in a creative and captivating way. Once I got an idea I worked at it for awhile I literally put one hundred percent into this project after practicing poses in the mirror in the early hours of the morning(creative time) and the photo shoot and editing I was exhausted, barley breathing at some points and always holding on to what I believe in.
There is a line in the song that says;
"Its Amazing Im the reason everybody fired up this evening"
The evening my video dropped I was the reason everybody was fired up in a good way! It felt great.

I love what I'm doing and although its not always easy the hard work pays off finding this outfit was truly an amazing process. It gave me motivation to work harder, the struggle was not fun and I often get frustrated when things don't work out but those feelings don't even compare to when things work out, its a learning process, who knew I could gain so much from an outfit. Hard work never looked so good.
